I grew up in Lima, Peru, and after completing a graduate program in Psychology, I left my hometown. My journey took me to rural Idaho, where I devoted myself to serving women and families to heal from abuse. I am passionate about supporting families in their parenting endeavors, and together we discover ways to enhance and solidify family relationships. I specialize in trauma, grief, and crisis. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. Attachment and trauma are the roots of many struggles in our wellbeing.
